Continuous monitoring of student’s development is our priority. We have a progress and achievement team in our school that continuously plans, implements, and evaluates the Personal Growth Programme framework of the school. This encourages teachers to monitor, evaluate, and support the personal growth and wellbeing of every student throughspecial activities, courses in life skill education, personal, conduct, career counselling services to support the personal growth and wellbeing of every student in the school.
Co-curricular activities are given equal weightage.We believe that meaningful quality education, apart from academic achievement,is necessary for sustainable development of children. Our goal is to provide this quality education in a caring and supportive environment. Mr. Rajesh Patel (Trustee/ Managing Director)
M.com.,B.ed.,M.ed.,Ph.D Cont.Associated with many well-known teaching institutes, he is having nearly 17 years of experience in education field. With his vast experience of managing educational complexes, he felt the need to develop a school which can identify the potential of each and every student. He believesthat every student has equivalent brain power and needs proper guidance and support to tread the career path they wish to go for. With the vision of creating an environment where every student can give maximum output and adopting an education system that iseasily accepted by every student, he laid the foundation of this school.
His mission was to create a schoolwhere the curiosity of the students can be satiated and they can achieve much beyond their expectations to become active contributors in building a better world and thus, perfect wealth creators. This lead to the creation of CIS, a school that is committed to high quality and challenging education. Using his vast experience, he has created a school that uses unique education methods, mentoring techniques, and also provided career guidance to students. According to him, there is a need to widen the horizons and realize the potential and talent of the students to its fullness. For this, CIS runs many comprehensive and diverse co-curricular activities and programmes related to various disciplines that include sports, creativity, music, drama, craft, technology, performing arts, academic clubs, and community services, to name a few.
Being a supporter of enjoyable, creative, meaningful, and purposeful education in schools, he has encouraged happy, fulfilling, and relevant to daily lifelearning at CIS.He believes that a child is a true wealth of a nation and mankind as a whole, so they need to be moulded in the right manner for attaining their actual worth.
